Lee M. Quick graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and then served as an FBI Agent for over 25 years, eventually retiring from the FBI's Senior Executive Service in 1993. Lee supervised drug and white-collar crime prosecutions in the FBI and had extensive other managerial experience in the areas of human resources, internal audits and construction contracts. Upon his retirement from the FBI, Lee opened his own law practice on the Eastern shore of Maryland. He worked in Maryland until 2002, when he decided to move to Virginia Beach so he could be closer to his son, Tim, (also a lawyer), and his family.

Lee has had extensive legal training and experience in estate planning and elder law, and has written on these topics for various publications. He has also spoken before many community groups on estate planning and elder law issues. Lee has worked with many families to implement comprehensive estate plans through use of Wills and Trusts and other cost saving strategies, and he has assisted many satisfied clients with the formation and administration of their business entities. Lee's practice has also included representation of many small business persons and homeowners with a wide variety of legal problems. He has protected their legal interests by effective negotiations, settlements and, where necessary, civil litigation. He strives to provide his clients with value-oriented representation and always gives his client’s a fair evaluation of the merits of their case before they incur excessive legal expenses.
